Batteries, belts, hoses, and wiper blades are some of the most commonly-replaced items on your vehicle. They all serve an important purpose for the performance of your car. Thankfully, they’re easy and relatively inexpensive to replace, but it’s good to know when it’s time for a new part before one broken piece turns into a large headache.

pad icon

Pad

The pad is the most well-known component of the brakes and are replaced most often. They are usually measured every time you get an oil change and are swapped out once they get too thin.

rotors icon

Rotors

The rotors absorb friction from the pads whenever you step on your brake pedal, which causes your brake pads to wear down. Bad brake rotors distort & wear down your pads faster and can make your vehicle feel like it’s shaking or pulsating when you attempt to stop.

calipers icon

Calipers

Calipers hold the brake pads in place and push them against the rotor when braking. Broken calipers can lead to your car taking longer to brake, or the complete failure of your braking system if left untreated.

alternator icon

Electricity is what allows your car to start running and stay running. The battery produces your car’s electrical current, the starter uses the battery to start your engine, and the alternator charges the battery while you’re driving. If any of these components fail, your car probably won’t start, and if it does, you won’t get very far before it dies on you.

We offer both gold and silver ACDelco batteries:

The main mechanical systems on your vehicle (engine, transmission, differential, and a few others) do the most heavy-lifting and are considered to be major mechanical work when repairs are needed. They should be inspected/maintained often, and it’s best to check out all warning lights and changes in the way your vehicle drives & sounds as soon as they come up. If left unchecked, issues with these systems lead to the most costly repairs down the line.

The tire is the classic black rubber, and the wheel is the metal component (sometimes referred to as a rim) the tires sits on. The alignment of your tires ensures they stay in the right position, as any angling or distorting leads to tire wear and damage to connected components. Our Hunter HawkEye Elite system is the most powerful alignment machine on the market and can properly align your tires in just a few minutes.

Multiple components of your car run on fluids that get dirty/diluted and need to be changed out every so often. Old fluids like the ones found in the transmission, brakes, and coolant system are flushed out, and new, clean fluid is poured in its place. This sort of work keeps your system running smooth. Your car will thank you.
